1. Custom Products & Orders
All products sold by NICXITYCO are custom-made based on the information, text, and images you provide at checkout. Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order.
Once a proof has been approved and engraving has begun, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
2. Proof Approval Process
NICXITYCO provides a digital proof for every order prior to engraving. Production begins only after proof approval. Delays in proof approval may extend the overall turnaround time.
3. Customer-Provided Content
By submitting images, names, or text, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the content, or
You have permission to use the content
NICXITYCO is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations related to customer-submitted content.
4. Image Quality
Final engraving quality depends on the clarity and resolution of the image provided. Low-resolution or blurry images may affect engraving results. We reserve the right to request a replacement image if necessary.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because all items are custom-made:
All sales are final
We do not accept returns or exchanges
If an error occurs due to our workmanship, NICXITYCO will work with you to resolve the issue.
6. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary. NICXITYCO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
NICXITYCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
